Use this recipe when you're having trouble sleeping due to anxiety. Start the diffuser around 15 minutes before you go to bed (but if you forget and you don't start it until you go to bed or even after you've gone to bed, that's fine). Set the diffuser to run for an hour or two. If you wake in the middle of the night, run the diffuser for another hour.
