Instructions

Add all of the oils to your diffuser and diffuse throughout the day.

Peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus and lavender are all anti-bacterial and/or anti-viral, so can help clear up the underlying infection. They are also anti-inflammatory and can help reduce the swelling that causes a stuffy nose and the feeling of sinus pressure. All four oils are good for relieving pain and peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil are both powerful decongestants.

Peppermint oil is probably the most well known essential oil for sinus problems and combined with rosemary, eucalyptus and lavender, it packs a powerful punch.

I also like to make a roller blend with the same oils and apply it to my forehead, across the cheekbones and down the sides of the nose, to enhance the effects of the diffuser blend.

I've suffered with sinusitis and seasonal allergies for many years and this has really helped me. I'm diffusing it every day and my breathing is so much clearer.
