The dilution of this recipe is 4%. This dilution is suitable for chronic conditions like aches and pains.


4 drops Lavender
4 drops Sweet Orange
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice

Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle then fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice. Apply 15 minutes before bed.
