Essential Oil Recipe for Joint Pain and Inflammation

Recipe Categories - Roller Ball; Pain

This essential oil recipe for joint pain and inflammation uses Peppermint, Wintergreen and Copaiba for fast pain relief. I make it for my Mum who has arthritis in her hands and my Dad who has gout and they both swear by it. It reduces the swelling so that Mum can bend her fingers a lot more easily and it helps a lot with the pain.
