Ingredients


The dilution of this recipe is 3.5%. This dilution is suitable for chronic conditions like aches and pains.


2 drops Peppermint
2 drops Peppermint
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Rosemary
2 drops Frankincense
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice

If you use it on your skin, either use a steam distilled lemon oil (which doesn't cause photosensitivity) or dilute to 2% or less or avoid exposure to the sun or sunbeds for 12 hours. Do not apply Rosemary oil on or near the face of infants or young children. Rosemary oil is best avoided during pregancy. According to some sources, Frankincense Serrata is not safe for use with babies and young children but Frankincense Carterii and Frankincense Frereana are generally considered Kidsafe.

Instructions

Add two drops of each oil to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil. Massage into painful areas as needed.
