Ingredients

Instructions

Combine all of the oils in an essential oil dropper bottle and shake. Dilute with your favourite carrier oil and massage into painful areas to relieve aches and pains.

If you use this blend a lot you might want to make a 4 oz bottle of massage oil but I prefer to use a roller bottle for easy application.

Panaway rollerball recipe:

Add 10 drops of this blend to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice. Shake well to mix the oils.

100 ml massage oil recipe:

Add 100 drops of the blend to a 4 ounce dark coloured glass bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil and shake to mix.
