A blend to help you stay calm but energised during hectic mornings, when want to reduce your stress levels but you also need to get through a busy day.

I diffuse this in the kitchen while the family are getting ready for school and work and it helps everything go more smoothly in the mornings. The kids are happier and easier to get moving, there are fewer arguments and mornings are much easier all around. The morning school run is usually a lot more pleasant when I use this blend.

This recipe is perfect for a 100 ml diffuser



3 drops Lavender
1 drops Grapefruit
1 drops Bergamot
Warnings - Grapefruit oil can cause photosensitivity. If you use it on your skin, avoid exposure to the sun or sunbeds for 12 hours. Bergamot oil can cause photosensitivity.
