
Morning sickness is my least favorite part of pregnancy - it's such an unpleasant feeling. This morning sickness blend helps a lot.
Diffuse the oils as soon as you feel the first signs of morning sickness, or even better, if your nausea tends to start at the same time each day, start diffusing before the nausea starts. I tend to feel nauseous first thing in the morning so I bought a diffuser with a timer and set it to start half an hour before I wake up.
Before I got the new diffuser, I made a mixture of the oils and put a couple of drops on a tissue then put the tissue under my pillow before I went to bed. That helped a lot too.
I also made an inhaler with 6 drops of spearmint, 4 drops of ginger and 2 drops of cardamom. I take it with me wherever I go and use it if the nausea hits while I'm out.
