A group of 52 people were divided into 3 groups. The first group inhaled a blend of ylang ylang, lavender and bergamot once a day for 4 weeks. The second group was a control group and the third group was a placebo group. The aromatherapy group showed significant improvements in blood pressure, pulse, subjective stress, state anxiety and cortisol levels, with a reduction of 19/10 mmHg in blood pressure.
Note the study didn’t describe how much of each oil was used so this recipe might not have the same ratio of oils as the one used in the study.
Diffuse the oils once a day.
