Instructions

Combine all of the oils in an essential oil dropper bottle. Add 5 drops of the mix to your diffuser.

According to legend, a group of 15th century thieves became rich by robbing people who were dying of the plague. They used a combination of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus and rosemary to protect themselves from catching the plague and the four thieves blend is based on those herbs. Whatever it's origin, this traditional recipe has become one of the most well known essential oil blends in the world.

Thieves oil can be used in many different ways, including

  • as an uplifting and energising diffuser blend
  • to help boost immunity - add 4 drops of thieves oil to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the bottle with carrier oil then massage into the soles of the feet twice a day
  • as a steam inhalation to help with sinus or respiratory congestion
  • in cleaning and disinfecting products
  • in a diffuser to freshen a room and help protect against airborn germs
