Use this DIY Stress Away Recipe to make your own version of the Young Living Stress Away blend for a fraction of the price.
30 drops Copaiba | |
20 drops Lime | |
20 drops Cedarwood | |
10 drops Vanilla Absolute
4 drops Ocotea (Or Cinnamon Leaf or Copaiba)
4 drops Lavender |
Add all of the essential oils to an essential oil dropper bottle and blend well.
To make this into a Stress Away roller recipe, add 8 drops of the master blend to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest with carrier oil. To diffuse, add 3-5 drops of the master blend to a 100 ml diffuser or 6-10 drops to a 200 ml diffuser. I often diffuse my Stress Away copycat blend after a stressful day at work.
If you don't have Ocotea oil, it's a lot like a milder version of Cinnamon Leaf and is also somewhat similar to Copaiba. You could substitute with either 2 drops of Cinnamon Leaf, an extra 2 drops of Copaiba or 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf and 1 extra drop of Copaiba. If you're a big fan of stress away but don't have some of the other oils, you might want to consider investing in the oils you don't have. Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood and Vanilla are all fairly integral parts of the blend and are all affordable and easy to get from reputable suppliers like Plant Therapy.
