Ingredients

Instructions

Add all of the essential oils to an essential oil dropper bottle and mix well.

To make a Clarity roller recipe, add 8 drops of the master blend to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest with carrier oil.

To diffuse, add 3-5 drops of the master blend to a 100 ml diffuser or 6-10 drops to a 200 ml diffuser.

If you don't have all of these oils, you could try making a similar blend with substitutions for oils that you don't have. I wouldn't recommend substituting for Basil, Cardamom, Rosemary or Peppermint as they make up the majority of the blend and if you substitute for them, you'd end up with quite a different blend. But you could try substituting for one or two of the other oils:

  • If you don't have Coriander, try an extra 5 drops of Cardamom
  • Geranium is probably used in this blend for it's ability to help with fatigue and stress. If you don't have it, try Lavender, which can help with mental fatigue and stress
  • if you don't have Bergamot or Lemon, try Grapefruit or one of the other citrus oils
  • if you don't have Ylang Ylang, try Lavender or extra Geranium or Jasmine
  • if you don't have Jasmine, try Patchouli or extra Ylang Ylang
  • if you don't have Palmarosa, try Neroli or extra Geranium

Use your copycat Clarity blend whenever you need clear, decisive thinking. I like to diffuse it but it's also great in an aromatherapy necklace or bracelet if you're sitting an exam or you're somewhere else you can't use a diffuser.
