Tense Anxiety Roller Ball Blend

Use this roller ball blend for anxiety with bodily tension, muscle pain, aches and/or a sore body.

Ingredients

5 drops Lavender
3 drops Clary Sage
2 drops Roman Chamomile
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice

Warnings - Clary Sage oil is best avoided during pregancy.

Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle then fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice.

This blend is based on the recipe for tense anxiety in Valerie Ann Worwood's excellent book The Fragrant Mind.
