Stop Snacking Recipe

I use this recipe whenever I just can't stop snacking. I open my inhaler and take a few deep breaths and it really helps. After a minute or two, the cravings usually disappear.

The smell seems to give me the same kind of feeling of reward that snacking gives me, so I don't feel deprived if I don't snack. I think that's why it works so well.

5 drops Grapefruit
2 drops Mandarin
1 drops Ginger Root
Warnings - Grapefruit oil can cause photosensitivity. If you use it on your skin, avoid exposure to the sun or sunbeds for 12 hours.

Add all of the ingredients to your inhaler and inhale whenever food cravings hit.

This is a variation of a recipe I found on the Plant Therapy website. They used Yuzu but I didn't have that so I substituted Mandarin, which is apparently very similar.
