Use this roller ball blend for anxiety, feeling on edge, irritability, difficulty concentrating, insomnia and feeling exhausted all the time.

3 drops Lavender
3 drops Rose
3 drops Roman Chamomile
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice

Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle then fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice.

This blend is based on the recipe for restless anxiety in Valerie Ann Worwood's excellent book The Fragrant Mind.
