Essential Oil Recipe for Migraines – a Rollerball Recipe

This essential oil recipe for migraines includes oils for relieving pain, easing nausea and calming anxiety.

5 drops Lavender
3 drops Peppermint
2 drops Roman Chamomile
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice

Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil, leaving a small gap at the top. Replace the roller and lid and shake to blend.

Massage the temples, forehead and back of the neck with the oil.

Warnings - Do not apply peppermint oil on or near the face of infants and children. Peppermint oil is best avoided during pregancy and while breastfeeding.
