
Use this essential oil recipe for menopause to help relieve hot flashes, fluid retention, fatigue and loss of concentration. It can be used during menopause, perimenopause and post menopause.
| 4 drops Clary Sage | |
| 2 drops Rosemary | |
| 2 drops Geranium | |
| 1 drops Cypress | |
| 1 drops Peppermint | |
| 9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice |
Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil. Apply the blend over the abdomen and lower back as needed.
