The dilution of this recipe is 5%. This dilution is suitable for chronic conditions like aches and pains.


4 drops Clary Sage
2 drops Rosemary
2 drops Geranium
1 drops Cypress
1 drops Peppermint
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice
Warnings - Clary Sage oil is best avoided during pregancy. Do not apply Rosemary oil on or near the face of infants or young children. Rosemary oil is best avoided during pregancy. Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil. Apply the blend over the abdomen and lower back as needed.
