3 drops Peppermint | |
3 drops Lemon | |
2 drops Cardamom | |
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice |
Add the oils to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil. Shake the bottle to combine the oils.
Massage the oil into your abdomen as soon as you start to feel bloated. Massage for a few minutes in a circular motion - up the right side, across under the rib bones, down the left side and across to the right. This is the same direction that food flows inside your digestive system and massaging in this direction can help release trapped gas.
