I get pain in my lower back if I stand for too long and this recipe always helps. The oils used are a combination of pain relieving oils, anti-inflammatory oils, oils that relieve spasms and oils that improve circulation, increasing blood flow to the area. As an added benefit, both Juniper and Black Pepper are good for calming the nerves, which can be particularly helpful with chronic pain.
This soothes my achy back better than anything I’ve ever tried. Fantastic!
