Instructions

Add all of the oils to a essential oil dropper bottle and mix well.

I like to add 4 drops of this blend to my diffuser and diffuse while I'm working to help get me in the mood and get the creative juices flowing. You can also add 8 drops to a 10 ml roller bottle and fill the rest with your favorite carrier oil.

If you don't have all of these oils, the easiest ones to substitute for are Clementine and Yuzu. The clementine fruit is a hybrid of oranges and mandarins so either sweet orange oil or mandarin oil would work well in it's place. Yuzu is another citrus oil that's similar to grapefruit or mandarin so either of those oils would be a good substitute. And if you don't have either of those, sweet orange would be the next best bet.

Basil is another less common oil that you might not have on hand. Rosemary, Eucalyptus, or Lemongrass are probably the best substitutes for it. If you don't have Melissa, try Jasmine or Ylang Ylang. Vanilla is harder to substitute for without your blend smelling quite different but you could try Patchouli or Sandalwood.

Of course the more oils you substitute, the less your blend will smell like the original doTERRA blend. If you don't have a lot of the oils, you could consider a similar, lower cost blend from a different company. Good Morning by Edens Garden is very similar, with almost all of the same oils. The only differences are that it uses Vanilla CO2 instead of Vanilla Absolute and it has 2 additional oils - Lime and Orange.
