This Copaiba rollerball recipe combines Copaiba with Frankincense and Marjoram, 3 of the best pain relieving oils, for powerful pain relief. Copaiba is a must have for anyone with joint pain, achy muscles, nerve pain, menstrual cramps or any kind of chronic pain.

5 drops Copaiba Oleoresin
3 drops Frankincense
2 drops Marjoram
9.5 ml Carrier oil of your choice

Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil, leaving a small gap at the top. Replace the roller and lid and shake to blend. Massage into painful areas regularly. You should start to feel relief within 5-10 minutes of applying.

Warnings - According to some sources, Frankincense Serrata is not safe for use with babies and young children but Frankincense Carterii and Frankincense Frereana are generally considered Kidsafe.
