This recipe is based on the recipe for apprehensive anxiety in Valerie Ann Worwood's excellent book The Fragrant Mind.

Warnings - Bergamot oil can cause photosensitivity. If you use it on your skin, avoid exposure to the sun or sunbeds for 12 hours (unless you're using a non photosensitive brand).

I'm a very anxious person and this is exactly the kind of anxiety I have - the constant worrying and the sense of unease. This has done wonders for me. I'm worrying much less and feeling a lot more relaxed.
